BLOCK BOOKINGS: £12 per class for block bookings (you save £8-£10 a month).

First class half price for new comers.

    I travel to you within 1.5 mile radius from GU1. Weekday evenings after 6.30pm

Is pilates for you?

Pilates is a very versatile technique that can be adopted for any fitness level, however if you have any pre-existing medical conditions  or if you are an athlete and are unsure if the class will be suitable for your needs please  drop me a line.

Pricing & FAQ

  • 45min Mat Pilates session - £50

    60min Mat Pilates session - £60

    Enjoy my undivided attention and personally tailored sessions at a time convenient to you. Available in person or online. I travel to you within GU1 area.

  • £14 - per session no strings attached

    This booking is suitable to those who cannot or do not want to commit to the whole month and would prefer to book each class separately.

  • £12 per class - £48 - £60 a month, depending on a number of weeks in a month. You save £8-10 pounds a month. Payment required in advance.

    Exercise with a group of like minded individuals and see your progression as months go by.

  • Students, disabled people, pensioners, Guildford Nursery staff: £1 discount per group class. Applies for single class and monthly packs bookings.

  • You will need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement.

  • Booking a class or private Pilates sessions with Sim Pilates, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.

    Before You Start

    A health screen questionnaire (PAR-Q) must be completed before taking part in Pilates classes. Please ensure that you update your contact or medical details if they change. This information will be held in strict confidentiality and is a legal requirement for insurance purposes.

    Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

    Your place in class cannot be reserved until payment is received via bank transfer.

    Sim Pilates does not offer refunds for any of the classes, however as long as you provide 24h notice you may be able to transfer your class to another day (subject to availability).

    Missed classes and 1:1 sessions, or classes and 1:1 sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice, will not be refunded and will not be able to be transferred.

    Safety

    Participation in all classes is at the individual’s own risk. Always listen to your body and exercise at a pace and level which is best for you. Stop if you feel discomfort or pain and let your instructor know.
